Returns Policy

This policy follows guidelines under the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
- Return Eligibility
Returns accept within 7 days after delivery.
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Original packaging intact
- All tags attached
- Proof of purchase provided
- Non-Returnable Products
The following products do not qualify for returns:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or digital vouchers
- Underwear or swimwear due to hygiene standards
- Exchanges
Exchanges process for:
- Incorrect size
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items shipped
If replacement stock unavailable, store credit or refund process.
- Return Procedure
Customers must follow this process.
- Email support with order number and return reason
- Wait for return approval
- Ship product to the provided address using a trackable courier service
Returned products inspect after arrival.
- Refund Processing
Approved refunds process within 5 to 10 business days after inspection.
Refunds return to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping fees remain non refundable unless:
- Product arrived defective
- Incorrect item delivered
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Report damaged or incorrect orders within 48 hours after delivery.
Include photos of:
- Product condition
- Packaging
- Shipping label
- Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return occurs due to product defects or shipping errors.
